Your BM777 account is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your password with anyone, including BM777 staff (we will never ask for it).
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately. BM777 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account credentials.
BM777 may request Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documents at any point — especially before processing large withdrawals or when irregular activity is detected. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to comply with KYC requirements may result in withdrawal holds or account restrictions.
Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. BM777 reserves the right to charge an inactivity fee of ₱200 per month on dormant accounts with a remaining balance, after providing prior notice to the registered email address.
BM777 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) only. All transactions on the platform are processed in PHP and displayed using the ₱ symbol with comma-separated thousands (e.g., ₱10,000).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment channel. If your deposit does not reflect after 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
You must only deposit funds that legally belong to you. BM777 does not accept deposits made using payment methods in another person's name. Third-party deposits are not allowed and will trigger a compliance review.
Withdrawals are processed back to your verified payment method. BM777 does not allow withdrawals to accounts or wallets that were not used for deposits, except where payment method limitations apply.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days. Urgent requests may be expedited subject to compliance clearance. Withdrawals that require KYC verification may take longer.
The minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account dashboard. High-value withdrawals above ₱50,000 per transaction require additional verification.
BM777 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or e-wallet) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside BM777's control.
BM777 regularly offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and seasonal promos. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms and wagering requirements. By claiming a bonus, you agree to all associated conditions.
Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion page. Placing bets on low-margin markets or restricted game types may not count toward wagering completion.

Detected abuse will result in bonus cancellation and possible account suspension.
Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days, depending on the promo). Expired bonuses and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
